How To Remove The Footer Credit Of Your Website.

Welcome to this blog and all being good, let’s dig right into today’s tutorial. In this article, I will practically lead you through the simplest and most effective method ever seen on the net, to remove the footer credit of any website template. You can replace the footer credit with your custom text.
 To begin with, I will use a free version theme that has the developer’s credit on the footer. We will then go ahead to replace the footer credit. Because of that, and for the purpose of this demonstration, I have created this new blogger blog and the name is testing web, to set as an example.

 So, let’s get down to the footer of this blog’s template and right here, you can see the developer’s copyright section. This is what we’re going to remove and replace it with our own text. First, if you’re using blogger, you will have to log into your account like my own. Once you are right here, come to the left side and click on menu. Scroll down and click on theme. Click on this pointing down arrow and again click on edit HTML.

Copy this code to your clipboard.

<p style =' text - align:left;'>Copyright &#169; 2018 - <script>document.write(new Date().getFullYear())</script><a href='https://www.YourWebsite.com/'  style='color:#fff;'> | Your Website Name</a> </p>
<div class = 'remove-footer' style = 'font-size: 1px; opacity: 0;'>

 Now, go back to your theme. Once you’re right in the HTML code of your website template, make use of this keyboard shortcut; Ctrl +F. Type ‘the text in your footer in the box provided. This text varies for different themes.  It might be written as 'Designed by', 'Powered by' 'Owned by' etc

Hit enter and you should arrive at the copyright area of your theme just like this one shown here. Just above the copyright area, paste the code that you copied as shown here.

Now, replace this url with your website url. Write the name of your website here as well. You can add custom text, let’s say, ‘designed by’ testing web.

Finally copy this code </div> at the last end and repeat it.

When you’re done with this, click on save. Then refresh your website to load the changes. And bham! Look at it right here. The developer's footer credit has been replaced successfully.
