Download Windows 11 APPRAISERS HERE
This article will save you from the headache of installing windows 11 on an unsupported pc and not being able to receive future updates for security and drivers.
I’m
using hp EliteBook 2760p, it is about 9 years old machine and it does not
support windows 11. But don’t worry, we will pass tpm, we will pass ufi mode,
we will pass processor and we will install windows 11 and receive full support
for security and driver updates from Microsoft at the end of this video. Trust
me, this method will work 100% for everyone.
But before then, windows 11 stable version is out already as of October 5th, 2021. But quite unfortunately, a whole lot of PCs are not supported from windows 11 and you cannot upgrade officially to windows 11 on that hardware. The only way you could install windows 11 on an unsupported pc is to download the ISO file and run the installation on your pc.
But the biggest downside to this option is that,
Microsoft has stated that,
you will not get future security or driver updates if you go for this option.
And this is the architecture of our problem we’re going to solve today and lets
dig straight away into solving it.
To start with, first
let's check whether your computer is capable of running windows 11.
Head over to this website, Once you come over to
this website, just come all the way down to the bottom and over here, you'll
see a link with the system requirements. You also have the pc health check tool
here. You can download the pc health check app and when you run the app,
it will tell you if your pc qualifies to run windows 11. Download the app and
run the test.
I have already downloaded it so I will just go over to my pc and I will simply click on it to run it. Here unfortunately, as you can see, my pc doesn’t qualify to run windows 11 currently.
If you already know
that your pc does not support windows 11, skip the first step and lets move on.
Now, the second step is to head over to Microsoft website and download the iso file of windows 11. Once you’re here, scroll to the third download option.
We want to download disk image and save it on our pc. Click on download, select the language and confirm download.
This
will take some time to complete the download depending on your internet speed. You
can right click on the download and copy the link to IDM, that way is much
faster and you can resume download when your internet connection dropped.
When the download is done, go into your download folder and locate the iso file. I will send it to my desktop for easy access. Now let’s mount it. You can
extract it with winrar. Its done. Let’s go into it and click on the setup to
start the installation. Click on next and windows is checking my pc. Let’s wait
for what windows will tell us. Unfortunately, it returns us with this message,
my pc does not meet the system requirements of windows 11.
Now let’s move to the
next step. Head over to my blog and download file, windows 11 appraisers. I
have already done some changes to it and this is a modified appraisers file.
You just have to copy it and go and replace windows 11 appraisers file with this
modified file. So let’s do that. You can extract it with winrar and then copy
the file to your clipboard. Now go back to the win 11 iso file you mounted. Go
into the sources folder, right click any empty space and paste the modified
appraisers file. And yeah you’re done.
Now let’s go and
start the installation again to see if it will go through. Go back to your win
11 setup and click on setup. Click on next and let’s wait to see what windows
will tell us. It is checking to see this time whether this pc can run windows
11.
Ohohohoooooo wow, and
this time we’ve made it. So choose to keep apps and data then just follow
through the on-screen prompt instructions to install windows 11 on your pc.
